Here’s a few things you should know:

1) If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do!) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change, enrollment fees will apply.

2) Though we are unable to place holds or “pause” memberships, we do give current members the option to drop down to a basic membership for $25 a month until they are able to return. At which point you would receive the same membership pricing you currently have. If you’d like to switch to a basic membership just fill out this form instead.

3) Your membership will be canceled 30 days after the submission of the form below. Please note that the next payment scheduled to process in this time frame will still do so. All payments are non-refundable. Memberships are auto renewed until this form is submitted to us. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. Submitting this form will serve as your cancelation notice. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation within 10 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email in that time frame please give us a call.
