WHAT IS PE?

WARRIOR WORKOUT

PE's own brand of killer circuit training.  Warrior workouts are created to bring out the warrior in us all.  They are designed to help you move better, faster, longer, in all directions, and more weight.  We have traditional strength exercises, ninja warrior style obstacle course training, kickboxing, and our own brand of functional movement exercises.  Workouts are doable by anyone but suck for everyone

BANG MUAY THAI

Duane Ludwig's BANG Muay Thai system (BMT) is a rigorously developed Muay Thai system developed by Ludwig himself.  Ludwig is one of the most technical strikers in MMA, and owner of the UFC fastest knockout.  This class is instructed by Karate world champion and professional MMA fighter Josh Quayhagen.  This is a fun way to learn self-defense and get in shape while moving up through the BMT belt ranking system.  Good for practitioners 12 and older of any experience level.

COMBAT CONDITIONING

A mix of our Warrior Workout with some beginner kickboxing. This class is a fun one to try out if you are a first timer.

YOUTH NINJA MMA

This is a fun exciting time for the kids and even the parents.  This class combines martial arts, fitness, and mental awareness. It focuses on discipline and character all the while improving balance, agility, and coordination.  If your child struggles with self-confidence, focus, discipline, and or social situations this class is designed to improve these areas for our young warriors.

ATHLETIC WORKOUT

These classes are great for everyone. If you are a high school or college athlete wanting to improve, this is a great class for you! The focus here is on speed, agility, reaction, and mentality. These classes are led by Josh and Zack and are changing everyday. Like the warrior workout, this class encompasses traditional as well as our own brand of exercises and movements.
