Class Schedule!

We offer classes for all ages, sizes, and experience levels. Training at PE is about becoming a better you, regardless of how out of shape or inexperienced you think you are, if you have the desire to get better, there is a place for you here. 

Trying your first class is free! Just arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a waiver, or fill it out online in advance, and you're all set. 

 

FITNESS CLASSES

WARRIOR WORKOUT

Tuesday, Thursday
3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm 

PE's own brand of killer circuit training. These classes are designed to bring out the warrior in us all. If you are looking for a challenge or want to begin obstacle course training, this is a class for you.  We incorporate traditional strength exercises, ninja warrior style training, obstacles, and our own brand of functional movement exercises. The Warrior Workouts often incorporate “weapons” such as maces, clubs, and kettlebells. Our trainer Zack leads the Warrior Workouts and writes them up differently everyday. These workouts are designed in a way that allows them to be tailored to fit the individual. They are doable by anyone but suck for everyone!

ATHLETIC WORKOUT

These classes are great for everyone. If you are a high school or college athlete wanting to improve, this is a great class for you! The focus here is on speed, agility, reaction, and mentality. These classes are led by Josh and Zack and are changing everyday. Like the warrior workout, this class encompasses traditional as well as our own brand of exercises and movements. This is a good class to start out in!

COMBAT CONDITIONING

Friday
5:30am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

A mix of our Athletic style workouts with some beginner kickboxing. Get a taste of kickboxing in this class. You will put on gloves for a portion of this class. We do have some you can use if you do not have any. This class is a fun one! And it is great to try out if you are a first timer.

CHALLENGE TRAINING

If obstacle course training is something you are interested in, this is the class you'll want to make. We do recommend that you start out in the Warrior Workouts before jumping into this class. 

 

BANG MUAY THAI & MMA

BMT FUNDAMENTALS

Tuesday, Thursday

BANG is a Muay Thai system developed by Duane Ludwig, who is known as one of the most technical strikers in MMA. This system combines Boxing and Traditional Muay Thai. These classes are instructed by Karate World Champion and MMA fighter, Josh Quayhagen along with help from Ned, an assistant coach. These classes provide a fun way to learn self defense and give you a total body workout that tones muscles and gets your heart rate pumping. Good for practitioners 12 and older of any experience level.

If you are wanting to try it out you will need to start out in these Fundamental classes.  If you are trying this class out for the first time we do have some gloves and shin guards that you can borrow.

BMT INTERMEDIATE

 After attending at least 8 fundamentals you may move to the Intermediate and Advanced classes.  If you wish to advance through the belt ranking system, wear a shirt the color of your current rank. (White for beginners).

YOUTH CLASSES

YOUTH NINJA MMA

This is a fun exciting time for the kids and even the parents.  This class combines martial arts, fitness, and mental awareness. It focuses on discipline and character all the while improving balance, agility, and coordination.  If your child struggles with self-confidence, focus, discipline, and or social situations this class is designed to improve these areas for our young warriors.

HOMESCHOOL PE HOUR

This class combines martial arts, sports training, general balance and agility. Basically the worlds most awesome PE class! It is a great way to keep kids active during the summer! We also offer this class year round and it is great way for the homeschooled kids to stay active and have "PE" with other homeschooled kids!
